Pateros Chamber of Commerce Meeting Minutes
August 19, 2009
Meeting held at Pateros City Hall, and called to order by Vice President, Rebecca Meadows.
Lunch was available provided by Rivers Restaurant.
Introductions of everyone present.
Motion made, seconded and passed to approve minutes of last meeting.
Motion made, seconded and passed to approve Treasurer Report as presented of $2536.06.
Mayor Gail Howe gave a short Pateros City briefing. Outdoor movie in the Park will be on August 22.
School briefing of all upcoming events was given, provided by Lois Davies, Superintendent.
Old Business:
Apple Pie Dragon Boat Races where great and a success.
New Business:
This years Hydroplane Races held on August 29th & 30th will be called the Terry Troxel
Memorial Race in his honor.
Health Fair, September 26th, at the Brewster School. Call Brenda White for more
information.
Police Advisory Committee needs more positions filled, tentative meeting in September.

Partnership for a Sustainable Methow – Presented their new product ”A Local Source” movement. Contact them for more information and/or advertising.
Cascade Loop Association will be holding their annual meeting October 1st, at Sun Mountain Lodge.
Next meeting will be September 16, 2009.
