Project Description: This project will improve water quality in the Columbia and Methow Rivers through development of a Stormwater Plan for the city of Pateros. The City will create the plan through evaluation of the existing system and outfalls, hydraulic modeling, and system mapping. The City will also develop a list of prioritized project sites to include cost estimates and potential best management practices (BMPs) for water quality treatment.
